Our habits build up our character. Lately, I’ve been thinking how to quickly change my habits without making it too burdensome. This is why I defined certain activities that I want to do every day and I designated a specific time for it.
I’ll add a reminder to each one of the activities and each day cross-out those that I’ve already finished. This way I start building new habits and adjusting their times.
I’m using Evernote to do this and its list and reminders characteristics. In addition to this, I will sync it to my gadgets.
