Workflow 2.0: Organizing

It is time to Organize. As we saw earlier, when Processing, we will encounter things that we will not know how to Process and thus, we must Organize. In this step Evernote and Trello are useful.
Evernote helps to establish reminders and to store everything that can be found easily later on.

For tasks that require many steps in order to be done, I use Trello and I Organize it as Projects.

Trello is a very simple tool that allows me to organize my projects and tasks through cards that I drag and file. Very useful.

Optional: There are options that allow me to sync these tools with everything else I use. For example extensions in Chrome Web Store and IFTT.
